Good experience! Very easy redeem ticket for counter when bought 2 way ferry voucher. Show code than will give 2 ways tickets. So Koh Lipe no need redeem it again. Will change long tail boat no need charges again.

Perfect! very easy & smooth, from collecting the ticket at pier , ferry ride to langkawi, everything was so smooth. they handled our luggage too until we reached kuah jetty. our trip was on 30/3/36 kohlipe to kuah jetty.

Took the ferry from Langkawi to Koh Lipe and it was an easy, hassle-free experience. Check-in and immigration were smooth, and the ride took about 1.5 hours. The ferry was comfortable and the staff were friendly. Plus, the sea views were a nice bonus. Overall, a convenient and reliable way to travel between the two islands.

Easy check in & pleasant journey. The ferry is on time with comfortable seats. We boarded the ferry at Kuah Jetty, Langkawi and headed to Bundhaya Resort Jetty. Highly recommended.

It will be going through the open sea, so be prepared for a lot of rocking. I think it was just by chance this time, but we had to return an hour after leaving Langkawi due to a mechanical malfunction. It was scary to hear that there was a malfunction on the open sea. The hull was also old. About an hour after returning, a replacement boat arrived and we landed on Koh Lipe three hours late, but we transferred to a ferry and arrived at the floating jetty. Your checked luggage will be full of sand, so it's better to put it in a large plastic bag beforehand. There was immigration after returning your passport. There was no quarantine or customs. There was no security check when boarding. The jetty we arrived at is not the entrance to Walking Street. It is 100 meters west, where the steak restaurant is.
