Ticket Purchase Information

• This ticket is an unregistered valuable ticket, and admission is granted upon presentation of the ticket. Please keep your ticket safe.
• Tickets are valid for a single entry only. No refunds will be issued once the ticket has been torn or scanned for verification.
• If the ticket is lost, damaged, altered, stained, photocopied, or otherwise unidentifiable, it will be considered invalid. No reissuance or exchange will be provided, so please be aware.
• In case of violation of ticket usage regulations or activity safety rules, staff members reserve the right to refuse admission or request departure.
• Electronic tickets are also unregistered tickets. Please do not publicly display or provide your ticket QR Code to a third party to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Please read the precautions carefully before purchasing tickets. Successful ticket purchase indicates agreement and compliance with the above rules. Participants should take care of their own safety, and their property and personal safety are their own responsibility.
• No refunds will be accepted on-site. If you wish to request a refund, please apply before May 10, 2026. A 10% handling fee of the ticket price will be charged. Late applications will not be processed.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify, change, or suspend this event. In case of any unmentioned matters, they will be handled according to the organizer's relevant regulations or interpretations, and supplementary announcements may be made at any time.

Admission Information

• Queuing before 6 AM is prohibited. To avoid affecting surrounding residents and businesses and for safety considerations, the queuing order on the day will be based on the results of staff organization upon their arrival. Your cooperation is appreciated.
• Please follow the signs around the venue or the instructions of staff members to queue in the general admission area.
• Wheelchair users or those with mobility impairments who require assistance can seek help from nearby staff members.
• The queuing area before opening may be partially set up outdoors and may be exposed to sun, wind, rain, or extreme temperatures. It is not recommended for those in poor health to arrive early.
• If you feel unwell before opening, please seek assistance from staff members.
• If you need to temporarily leave the queue (e.g., to use the restroom), your original position cannot be guaranteed. It is recommended to communicate with guests in front, behind, or next to you and ask them to help keep an eye on your spot.
• When crowds increase or the weather changes, the queue may move. Please pay attention to your personal belongings and do not leave luggage unattended.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the venue (except in designated smoking areas). Violators will be fined NT$2,000 to NT$10,000.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be accepted at the exhibition venue. If a refund is required, you must apply to Klook before May 10, 2026 (inclusive). ※A 10% handling fee of the ticket price will be charged for refunds. ※If you have any questions, please contact Klook customer service. ※If a triple invoice is selected when purchasing tickets, online refunds cannot be processed. Please contact Klook customer service for assistance. ※The refund processing time is approximately 30 working days. Due to different processing procedures of each issuing bank, the credit card refund time will be subject to the issuing bank’s processing time. Please proactively inquire with your bank about the refund progress.
