Booking of this company was a very good idea. We departed from convenient port. Staff confirmed this tickets before in Whatsapp. Staff on the cruises were very kindly. We a little upset there wasn’t light breakfast as a lot of guests wrote about it in reviews earlier.

It was very organized. Klook voucher can be redeemed easily for the tickets at the Quick Silver counter. The harbour is neatly maintained and announcements are made for all the updates. Boarding was seamless. The cruise was comfortable and the journey was smooth and beautiful, soft drinks and snacks were also served. The cruise was really worth it.

The boat ride was really good and enjoyable. The indoor AC seats were comfortable. We could also go to the upper deck to get good views. Breakfast was also provided and we could get into the boat without getting our feet wet, unlike other fast boats between Bali and Nusa Penida. From the pontoon, we will be transferred to Nusa Penida island by a small boat and everything was hassle free.
Ferry and staff are of great quality, clean and orderly however the crowd can get pretty rowdy. Recommend going to the top deck for good views and some quieter time. Ferry left 20mins later then departure time.
