1. The transfer driver was very responsible, and the service included pickup and drop-off from Hanoi. 2. The staff on the boat we took said it had only been operating for two months. It was excellent, with generous and exquisite meals. Unfortunately, the weather on the second day was bad, so we couldn't go on the island excursion. For service, the local travel agency SST Travel communicated in English via WhatsApp throughout the trip, and there were staff on board who spoke both Chinese and English, which made for a great experience.
