1. The transfer driver was very responsible, and the service included pickup and drop-off from Hanoi. 2. We were very satisfied with the cruise accommodation, especially the room design and the pillows. 3. The scenery was beautiful, and quietly enjoying the sea breeze on the cruise ship was a unique experience. 4. We also learned how to make spring rolls and omelets. 5. Dinner was very rich and filling.

We are so happy and very satisfied with our trip. There was really no hassle from the hotel pick-up to the cruise and back to the hotel. The food was delicious—breakfast and lunch were buffet, while dinner was course-style. Their itinerary was relaxing. We are so happy with our trip.

The staff on the boat we took said it had only been operating for two months. It was excellent, with generous and exquisite meals. Unfortunately, the weather on the second day was bad, so we couldn't go on the island excursion. For service, the local travel agency SST Travel communicated in English via WhatsApp throughout the trip, and there were staff on board who spoke both Chinese and English, which made for a great experience.
