She explained the history behind every food we tasted, making the experience both enjoyable and educational. Special thanks to Mark, who demonstrated how Minukmok is made. He was very helpful, patient, and friendly. He took the time to answer our questions and explain the process in detail. To all the staff, thank you for making us feel so welcome. I am sorry I forgot everyone's names, but all of you were incredibly friendly, warm, and accommodating. Your hospitality made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the food was delicious, the experience was excellent, and we all had a great time.
