House Policies
- STRICT Check-in is from 14:00 - 17:00. Night check-ins are not possible
- Checkout is at 12 Noon
- If you need an early check-in or late check out, just ask, we may be able to accommodate for a PHP 500 fee per extra hour
- Keep all communication through Klook customer support
- Please bring your own toiletries and towels.
- ClubCali WiFi password is ‘lakelife’
- Kitchen is open from 8:00 - 20:00
- If ordering from our menu, All food orders need to be given before the trip (At least 3 days before). That way we can check availability and do the required purchasing.
- We do not have a restaurant! The menu is just an extra service I offer as I am also the Cook. If you do not order ahead of time, or if I’m not around, unfortunately you will not be able to order food on the spot
- No shoes or sandals allowed inside the cabins
- No cooking inside the cabins. We have a communal kitchen or bbq are for that
- No loud music after 21:00
- Always wear a life jacket when doing water activities
- Pets are allowed and we love pets, but there is an additional PHP 500 cleaning fee for pets and if they damage anything, you will be charged for full replacement of the item

Decided to spend my birthday here and surely it was a memorable one. The staff were so nice and very accommodating. Even if we didn’t need help they still assisted us to make sure we had a stress free and very relaxing stay. The owner was very kind and made sure we had comfortable experience. Lastly, the place was a little piece of paradise indeed. Very well thought of and it had all the things we needed! Even a full functional kitchen that was a really big help in preparing our dinner. The cabins were so cozy and surely we had a good night sleep. Pro tip: Book 2-3 nights for this place cause one night isn’t enough 😮💨 Will surely go back soon!
Pro tip: When you book this activity, make it a 3D2N stay for a more fulfilling experience. We had a great time at Club Cali. This is the second activity we've tried under vacation homes and so far we've been enjoying it. The place is serene, very relaxing and the cabin which we rented is well maintained. There are a lot of activities you can do from board games, kayak/canoe, island cruising, bonfire etc. Struan (host) is very hospitable. After you've booked this vacation homes in the app, you'll receive a voucher and a separate email of Club Cali's reminders and policies. A week before your travel date, Struan will also share a last reminder and checks on your arrival so he knows when to schedule the boat to pick you up at the Marina deck. Struan's team are all helpful! They were very proactive if they see that we needed help on something in the kitchen. This is a one of a kind experience and we'll definitely go back.
