Our guide Jerry was simply wonderful. After meeting Jerry at the station, we learned that it was just my husband and myself on this tour. Great! Our own private tour! Let me start with the weather, which was out of anyones control. The monsoon was driving towards the island which made our day extremely wet! However, Jerry met us with drinks, treats and a take-away from Taiwan, in addition to rain gear (we brought our own) plus a sturdy umbrella. He shared Taiwan's history, manuevered crowded streets through hidden passages, took plenty of pictures and ensured we were always safe. In the Keelung Market, he pointed out his favorite dishes and shared bites with us. Overall - a wonderful experience. I would love to revisit in better weather to capture the beauty of the town and ocean. Next time!

Our Tour Guide is the best! Lyndon is very friendly and knows how to speak English very well. He is more than open to give good insights and knowledgable answers about questions you ask him. He will take pictures of you and your group in each tourist spot using his iPhone, and send them to you thru Whatsapp. He will bring you to mini stops as well to other famous areas before heading to the main itinerary. He makes sure that everyone gets the same attention so to avoid customers being out of place. He acts very professional! We are more than happy about the tour because of him! I really recommend this! Thank you once again and we will definitely book this again next time on our next visit.

We joined as a family of four, and luckily, no one else joined, so it was like a private tour! Our guide was James Chen, and he explained everything in great detail. Overall, we were satisfied and would join other group tours again.

Personally, I loved this tour. For people who loves to walk and see authenticity of Taiwan, I suggest for you to visit this place. The tour guide also shared a lot of facts from history and such. Hopefully, I get to come back in Jiufen at night next time.

We will give 6 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if we could.😊 We actually opted to join a big group, we ended up as the only group with the said schedule and itinerary including a separate booking for my sister. It somehow felt like we booked an exclusive package. It was fun and exciting! Our drive to the places were eneregized by our guide Vaness who was very informative, knowledgable and accommodating. We enjoyed the cool trivias of Vaness about the places we went to! In the end, Vaness was kind enough to drop us off at our hotel. We are.very greatfulIt was a smooth tour worthy of 6 stars!
