Pick-up information

- Operator will reconfirm your pick-up time in advance
- This is a shared transfer and early or late pick-up is possible
- Arrive at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your selected pick up time
- Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
- The tour operator will contact guests after booking to arrange hotel pick-up inside Cancun and Riviera Maya
- Guests staying in Playa del Carmen and Tulum will be provided with a meeting point for pickup after booking
- The pick-up time will be between 07:00 and 08:00. Guests will get exact details via email two days before the activity date
