We had an unforgettable day on the Chichen Itza, Ek Balam & Cenote Tour! Our guide, Kevin, was absolutely fantastic—extremely knowledgeable, passionate, and engaging throughout the entire journey. He brought the history of the Mayan civilization to life with detailed explanations and fun facts that made each site even more fascinating. Kevin was also incredibly helpful, always checking in with everyone to make sure we were comfortable and having a great time. A big shoutout to Santos, our driver, who got us everywhere safely and smoothly. He was friendly, punctual, and we really appreciated how carefully he navigated the roads—especially on such a full itinerary. From the breathtaking ruins of Chichen Itza and Ek Balam to the refreshing swim in the cenote, every part of the day was well-organized and memorable. Highly recommend this tour—and if you can, ask for Kevin and Santos!

This was an amazing adventure. It educated me on the area, the history and how the locals of the area live today. Transportation was great with convenient pick and drop off from Amigo Tours with Juan and Kevin. This was my first trip to Cancun, Mexico. It was a last minute Summer trip and have always wanted to visit. I had lots of questions and so much to learn. I was in a group of about 6 or 7. Kevin, our guide, covered so much information and made sure the group understood everything. I will continue using both Klook and Amigo Tours and recommend them to my travel clients in the future.

everything was well organized. Frank is a super well knowledgeable tour guide who gave us very interesting and informative knowledge about the Maya. Jose is also a very polite and kind driver who drive safely and smoothly. the trip sequence is well planned to avoid the crowd.

The Pyramid Market can be disorienting, and you might miss your meeting time. We recommend getting your tour guide's contact information beforehand to avoid any emergencies.

It was good that we could visit the main tourist spots in one day and that the tour guide was kind and polite. On the other hand, the meeting time was delayed by one hour and the departure time was delayed by four hours, so it was not on schedule. It was good value for money, but there were quite a few additional fees that were necessary.

The tour itself is a valuable experience, so I recommend it. However, there are various additional costs. Also, since it is a cenote, the water is quite murky at the end, so if you are expecting something clean, you will be disappointed.

Think twice before booking any tours offered by Ameigo Tour through Klook, beware of getting a bellyful of anger! Ameigo Tour only offers Hotel Pickup services within a small area. If you specifically choose the Hotel Pickup Package, even if the Tour is confirmed, Ameigo will simply send an email that you may or may not receive (I certainly didn't) if they claim they cannot provide services in your area. They won't seek your consent, nor will they refund the difference. I personally feel it's no different from fraud. In addition, they will not send messages to reconfirm your itinerary and Pickup information before departure. On the day of departure, Ameigo Tour is unreachable. The Klook hotline also said they couldn't find anyone. I spent an hour on the day Klook couldn't find anyone. In the end, they could only tell me not to wait and then process a refund. When you process the refund, Klook says Ameigo said there's no refund because of a No Show. Klook only acts as a messenger throughout the entire process, with zero participation. In the end, they give me some Klook Cash to get rid of me, but I paid real money! (The key point is that Klook acquiesces to all the Provider's handling methods and does not supervise them. Klook treats customers' rights as nothing. They have absolutely no control over the quality of their Service Partners. Even if they know there is a problem with the Provider, they won't do anything, providing absolutely zero protection to consumers!) Finally, I advise everyone to think twice before booking a tour through Klook. If there are no problems, you are lucky to have encountered a good Provider, but if something goes wrong, Klook can't help you! Money is a small matter, you're traveling so far and only have a few days. Of course, you want to go without worries when things are well arranged. A trustworthy Agent Platform is very important!
