- Selecting "Excluding tour guide service" means it only includes the basic boat ticket, and does not include other services such as transfers, onboard tour guide commentary, or luggage storage.
- Select "No tour guide service included", and children/infants under 130cm get free boat tickets.
- Selecting "Guided Tour Service" means it includes the basic boat ticket and the selected on-board guided commentary service, but does not include other services such as transfers or luggage storage.
- If you select "Guided Tour Included", boat tickets are free for children/infants under 130cm, but the guide service fee is not waived.
- If you select "Guided Tour Service", please note that due to guide availability, this service requires a 24-hour advance reservation, and same-day orders cannot be guaranteed for successful confirmation. Additionally, there may be variations depending on peak and off-peak seasons, so please monitor your order status and plan your trip accordingly.

- This boat ticket is for basic boarding ONLY you bought from us. VIP seats onboard are available at an extra charge on the ship, you may pay the crew directly. This is completely optional.
- Kakao Talk and Line instant messaging software cannot be used in mainland China. We recommend using WhatsApp or WeChat so that staff can quickly get in touch with you and provide timely assistance when needed.
- At the designated meeting point, there will be dedicated staff holding a red flag with a yellow dragon. Present your order number to the staff to exchange for your boat ticket.
- Once an order is placed, staff will respond with your booking results within 4 hours on weekdays and within 6 hours on holidays. Confirmed bookings will be communicated to you via the social software, email, or phone number provided, along with important notices. Please check your email, instant messaging software, and Klook voucher notifications.
- Children and infants are not distinguished by age for free admission; instead, free admission is determined solely by whether their height exceeds 130 centimeters.
- Free children/infants: If there are children/infants under 130cm, please also book them, as this involves the ship's calculation of the total number of passengers to ensure navigation safety.
- If affected by tides or temporary changes to the pier during peak season, we will contact you promptly on the day of travel. Please keep your instant messaging tools accessible.

Cancellation policy

- Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
