Reviews
It was a very nice and enjoyable experience; you're admitted in sessions, a few people at a time. The staff were also very attentive and polite.
I had a very great time, and the animals were very good.
10/10 experience. Freindly staff, clean environment. no bad smells or mess on the floor from the animals. the cats and capybaras were very happy, it was a fantastic experience for us and our young family. highly recommend
Never thought I would have the chance to meet a capybara, but met two! Sakura and Matcha were very chill and sweet. they were also happy to eat their snacks!
Very cute and fun place for the capybara or cat lover! The animals are so sweet and are very interactive when you offer the treats 😜we had a wonderful time. When you are on the street it is not the place with the capybara sign out front on the ground floor, it’s to your left (2 doors over and one floor up)! You might not see it from the street so go upstairs and you’ll find it!
Amazing experience at the heart of Harajuku! The animals are kept very well and the staff was so sweet. Would definitely recommend this animal cafe if you’re ever visiting Tokyo.
Highly recommended! Harajuku has many pet cafes, but I'd recommend this one because you can interact closely with the capybaras! Compared to Moffu, I found Moffu to be quite crowded and you couldn't get close to the capybaras. At Capyneko, the staff guide the capybaras and cats to interact with guests. We made some wonderful memories!
It was a lot of fun! I felt the money was well spent, and the staff were all very nice. The capybaras are definitely worth seeing. The ticket price actually includes basic feeding, so there's no need to buy extra food.
both capybara and cats where fun and shy, still had fun to play with them
This was such a refreshing and sweet experience!! The animals were well loved and cared for by staff ❤️The staff were very kind and generous towards us. We loved just sitting and playing with the cats. we loved knowing that many of the cats were rescued from the streets!!
