We were the only passenger in this city transfer. The driver waited for us after immigration. kindly take note of the plate no. for this will come in handy.
- Bus arrived on time and bus ride is v comfortable (appears more spacious than the bus seats for the return trip) - There was a jam at customs so end up we only reached our hotel (hatten) at close to 3pm - A 25 to 30 mins break for lunch at Yong Peng at about 11.50am - Note: For Bugis exit, don’t wait at the main local tpt bus stop.. you shd be correct if u see many ppl with luggages

Pre covid trip. FAST and safe journey to the malacca. Aircon brought great comfort during the 4hr trip. Guide was there and good in maintaining the schedule. Highly recommended

The bus can be quite a challenge to find as you see many similar buses at the meeting point. Would recommend for Klook to send the bus number plate upon confirmation so it's easier to locate the bus at the meeting point. Other than that, the bus is comfortable and driver always check for passenger before driving off. Good experience with this booking.
The driver this time was better than the one we had on our trip here. Very friendly and gave clear directions. We got picked up on time at Casa Del Rio dropped off outside Tampines slightly before 9pm.
