• Meeting Time: 9:20 AM / 2:00 PM (However, this may be adjusted depending on local circumstances)
• Meeting Place: Square in front of the Musée d'Orsay, Waiting Area No. 2 (in front of the blue sign with 2.1/2.2/2.3 guidance) (Address: Rue de la Légion d'Honneur, 75007 Paris)
• Eligibility: Participants aged elementary school and above are welcome (However, ages 9 and above are recommended; minors cannot participate without a guardian)
• Tour Route: Proceeds according to the course described in the product description (However, this may be adjusted depending on the internal situation of the museum)

[ Musée d'Orsay Ticket Information ]

① Paris Museum Pass can be used (No separate reservation required) ② Tickets purchased personally from the official Musée d’Orsay website or other sites can be used (Tickets that only specify the date are recommended) ③ If you do not fall into the above cases, you can request ticket agency services (We will inform you via message after tour confirmation) ④ Under 18 years old are free (Passport required)

[ Things to Know ]

• This tour is conducted with a maximum of 6 people, but you will be participating with other individuals.
• For private tours, please inquire.
• The tour will proceed with a minimum of 3 participants.

[ Preparations ]

• 3.5mm round jack wired earphones: If you don't have them, you can borrow them for free or buy new earphones for 1 Euro.
• Comfortable shoes: As this is a 3-hour tour, comfortable shoes are recommended.
• Water: Prepare if needed (Water can be purchased inside).
• Travel insurance: It is a personal choice, but recommended.

• Free use of personal lockers available (bags, umbrellas, etc.)
• Sharp objects such as knives/scissors/wine openers are not allowed.
• Large luggage exceeding 56 x 45 x 25 cm is not allowed.

[ Precautions ]

• Punctuality for meeting time: If you are absent due to being late, 'mid-tour joining/refund/date change' are all not possible.
• Luggage exceeding 56 x 45 x 25 cm is prohibited: You will not be able to enter the museum at all, so the tour is not possible (Refund on the day of the tour is not possible for this reason).
• Strollers/wheelchairs are not allowed: Due to restrictions on movement along the tour route, participation may be difficult. We ask for your understanding and please inquire about private tours.
