Ho Chi Minh - Phan Thiet/Mui Ne Sleeper Bus & Vice Versa

When traveling from Ho Chi Minh City to Mui Ne, it seems large buses can't directly access the bus terminal within the city, so we initially transferred via another bus for about 15 minutes. During that transfer, you'll show your voucher at the bus company and they'll ask where you want to get off, so tell them your desired location and they'll drop you off! (I was dropped off in front of my hotel). After that, you'll receive something like a receipt with your seat number written on it, so take that seat upon arrival. Shoes are not allowed inside the bus, and you'll be asked to take them off before boarding, so I recommend wearing shoes that are easy to remove. Each seat has a charging port, bottled water, and a refreshing towel provided, and the seats are spacious enough! A child under elementary school age could comfortably sit in one seat. There's also a rest stop along the way, and we arrived in Mui Ne in about 3 hours. On the way there, I had an upper-level seat with a great view, and on the way back I had a lower-level seat, so personally I highly recommend an upper-level seat! Haha. For the return trip, I waited at the pickup location specified when I booked, and the pickup arrived on time. I was a little worried, so I also confirmed the time at the hotel reception, but I was able to return to Ho Chi Minh without any problems. I was very satisfied with this quality for this price! At first, I was debating between this and a slightly more expensive van, but this bus was more than satisfactory. ✨

we get a normal bus at office then changed to sleeper bus after 40mins ride. the sleeper bus need to take off the shoe, very comfortable and nice. my kids so surprised and loved it so much. the driver will stop at rest station for wash room and buying some snack. they also sent me to my hotel ( meraki oasis) directly. fully recommend to anyone wanna go to Mui Ne from HCM.

First, you'll go to the meeting point to take a bus, which will then take you to another location to transfer to a sleeper bus. Overall, the sleeper bus is super comfortable, the seats are quite large, and there are curtains, making it a good space to sleep. The only downside is that it's super congested on weekends.

One minor drawback is that the bus service doesn't proactively contact you. I had the hotel call to double-check and reconfirm, as I was worried about potential issues. The bus was clean, comfortable, and even had charging ports. It was also very quiet on board.

I was able to get a direct ride from the pickup office to my hotel in Mui Ne. The journey took approximately 3.5 hours. The vehicle was clean as everyone was required to remove their shoes, and the blackout windows made it very comfortable.

The flight attendants were friendly and even took me to my hotel, which was my destination. The seats were comfortable for me at 166cm, but larger men might find them a bit uncomfortable.
