- Please note: Special luggage such as wheelchairs and infant strollers would count as standard luggage, weighing not more than 27kg (60lbs). Surcharges may apply if your luggage do not follow the size limitations listed in the Luggage Policy below, to be paid in cash directly to the driver. However, it is highly recommended that you book a private transfer to accommodate all your large belongings

- Each passenger may only bring 2 standard size suitcases and 2 small carry on items due to the limited luggage space on the vehicle. No single bag may weigh more than 27kg (60lbs)
- If you will be bringing special luggage or odd-shaped baggage such as baby strollers, wheelchairs, sports equipment, musical instruments, etc., it is highly recommended that you book a private transfer
- Likewise, a private transfer will be required for passengers have an excessive amount of checked luggage or multiple large boxes. Passenger will be required to pay the difference in cash between the cost of private ride service and net rate of Klook issuing voucher
- Extra fees may apply for oversized and extra luggage. Passenger with oversized or extra luggage will be required to pay the Oversized and Extra Luggage fees in cash at the counter

When I gave all the reservation numbers to the local staff, I was about to be paid if I could not confirm the payment completion screen. In addition, it took more than an hour even though I had given the flight number and arrival time in advance. You should never use it
Was very difficult to find the shuttle transfer from the LAXit part of the airport!
Arriving into LAX we had to pay for another shuttle service to the airport. We keep missing each other's calls, and Klook didn't actually give me the name of the shuttle service. I had the printed voucher but nobody at LAX could help me. So I'm waiting to hear from. KLOOK so they can at least provide a shuttle to LAX from our hotel, since I paid upfront, and had to use another service to get my family on Christmas day to our hotel.

could have been more efficient. it is great the local operator responded quickly with reservation code ... could have mentioned to go DIRECTLY TO ZONE 1A ... rather than having me to call your operator 3 times !! the Filipina was a little bit slow to provide the exact details too ... so of you arrive LAX without a sim card or call credits you are SCREWED !! please be more clear in your intinerary about ZONE 1A ..... also to contact passenger one day in advance rather than LYING ABOUT CALLING ME and then give me an attitude over the phone .... i wasn't very impressed with their service as compared to other Klook operators world wide ... but it did get sortef ..... there was NO KLOOK booth to be seen or KLOOK signs .... info counters have no idea what klook is ... also could have mentioned that the local operator was actually OPOLI ...... had a hard time trying to get directed to where im supposed to be picked up.... their service could have been better
upon booking, the info was that we are allowed 2 luggages per person as long as it would not exceed 50 lbs per luggage. but unfortunately, the driver told us that the car can only accommodate 4 luggages so the rest of our group had to take a taxi since we cant fit in the car and the rest of the luggages. but apart from that, the driver was nice and helpful.
Do not purchase this. You need to call a 1800 (toll free) number once you reach the airport. The transportation will then be arranged. Waiting time was 15 to 45 minutes and you are required to call back to confirm the company has found a driver to pick you up. Waited for 40 mins, driver didn't show up. Call a Uber driver instead. Wrote two emails to Klook and have not yet received any refund or replies. If allowed, I would have given zero star.

I would highly recommend to those who would like to work hard from the beginning of the trip. First of all, I do not get the phone number listed on the Klux Voucher! I caught the phone for 30 minutes at the airport and waited for it. I received the application letter and received it in the app, but the article did not last for 2 hours! I contacted the customer center and the knight did not pick me up at the pick up place, but the pick up place is not so complicated as not to find anyone! Eventually I spent 2 hours at the airport and wasted time. After 2 minutes I found Uber. It's the worst of Kleck and the local company !!!! I have not even gotten a refund yet!
