- Children aged 0-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- This activity has no age limit
- Student ticket: Individuals must present a valid photo ID and student card upon arrival
- Free admission for Youth ticket: Participants aged 0-25 are considered as youth, based on their official ID
- Senior ticket: Participants aged 65+are considered as seniors, based on their official ID
- Free admission on every Wednesday, from 16:00 to 20:00
- Selfie sticks and tripods are not allowed in the gallery
- Limited coat check is available
- Bulky coats, umbrellas, and bags larger than 30 × 40 in (76 × 102 cm), including briefcases and backpacks, are not permitted in the gallery
- Soft front-facing baby carriers are permitted
- Please note to keep your phone silent in the gallery
- Please refrain from touching any of the artifacts or works of art
- Sketching with a pencil is welcome on-site

- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

- By metro and bus: Take line 2 to the Broadview or Pape station, take bus 100A to the Wynford Dr at Garamond Crt West Side stop, and walk for 2 minutes
- By tram: Take line 5 to the Aga Khan Park & Museum stop, and walk for 24 minutes
- Underground and surface parking are available
- Parking fees apply daily from 07:00 to midnight (Overnight parking is not permitted and parking fees are nonrefundable)
- By bike: The museum offers free bike parking
