At Wayujae, steps from Gyeongbokgung Palace, learn the stories behind Korea's colors, patterns, crafts and food — so you'll recognize them everywhere you go. Do this on Day 1.
Discover the meaning behind hanbok colors, hanok dancheong, hangul, thousand-year hanji paper, folk paintings, celadon, lacquerware, and more. The program was designed by JJ, who spent 10 years in travel, so every story is told from a traveler's perspective.

You definitely learned a lot about the culture and background of what makes South Korea Korea so unique. We learned a lot of information, and the tea ceremony after was amazing. From the set up, to the explanations of what everything was, to the taste of everything during the ceremony was spectacular. Would definitely recommend this experience to all at the beginning of their trip to South Korea. Our instructor was also so sweet and explained everything in detail. The location is also a store, so afterwards we looked around and bought some souvenirs.
