- The usage time is 60 minutes from the reservation time. If you arrive late, the time will be reduced, and you may not be able to complete all the items within the allotted time.

**I’m extremely disappointed with my Snack Making Experience booking.** My selected date and time were confirmed and I received a receipt, but the activity was suddenly cancelled. The provider (Tiki Room) later claimed my chosen date was **fully booked**when I arrived there!! I wonder why I was still able to select that date/time on Klook—so it feels misleading. This cancellation **wasted my time and disrupted my trip**, and I had no chance to make alternative plans. Also, the communication was poor: I only received an email cancellation (no timely notification via the app/platform, does Klook expect me to check emails everyday during my trip!?), and the **refund was not made until the activity day**. I even received a **reminder from Klook** on the day, although the activity was already cancelled. The worst service I have ever had! RIDICULOUS!
