The park is quite close to the city, about a 40-minute drive. We were in a shared ride, and we were the first ones the driver picked up. After that, we went to the hotel next door for another pickup but had to wait for over 20 minutes before the driver eventually left. It was just the four of us in the car, and the roads in Kuala Lumpur were very bumpy. Upon arriving at the park, the driver sent us the entrance tickets. They check bags upon entry to see if you're bringing in outside food. Then, the driver picked us up at the entrance at 5 PM. Overall, the trip was quite convenient. The park is fun, mainly for water activities, and you can also see animals. There are fewer land-based amusement rides, making it quite suitable for families with children. However, it's more convenient to communicate via WhatsApp because they don't generally use Line.

We had a great experience. My family enjoyed the pools and the lost lagoon activities. We also saw the white lions for the first. Too bad because we only had a day because it was not enough to enjoy all the rides and activities.

Highly recommended. Driver is on time, and the drive to Sunway Lagoon is smooth. Directly entering the park using the vouchers from the driver. The waterpark was so much fun we spent our whole day there without going elsewhere.

I purchased my Sunway Lagoon tickets through Klook with transport included, and it came with a discount—such a great deal! Redeeming the tickets at the counter was very easy and hassle-free. I bought 9 tickets (7 adults, 2 children) along with 6 Quack Express passes, and we had an amazing time. The experience at Sunway Lagoon was really fun and enjoyable for everyone.
This was my second time using the Klook app here, and once again, it did not disappoint. Highly recommend both Klook and Sunway Lagoon for a fantastic day out!

The company will send a WhatsApp message one day in advance to inform the meeting time of the next day, which is very punctual. We were the only group that day, so the driver told us that if we want to leave the park "early", we can also send a message to tell them that they will pick us up early (the schedule is scheduled to return at the gate of the park at 17:00). The park is very big, and there is also a zoo. On weekdays, there is basically no need for fast customs clearance, and the queue for each amusement facility does not exceed 10 minutes. The only pity is that this itinerary cannot be canceled for free after booking, and the flexibility is not enough.

Worth a visit at least once. It's not bad, but it's not great either. The wave pool time is really ambiguous. It closes at 6 o'clock, but the waves are only open for one hour a day, from 4:30 to 5:30. The driver told me to come out at 5, so I hurried out after just having a quick taste of the wave pool. Anyway, when I come out after an hour, the shower and locker room will be so crowded that I won't even have a place to leave my luggage... I wish I could use the wave pool at least several times a day. Water parks are much better in Korea, but since it's a country where it's summer all year round, the advantage is that you can ride without waiting in line as much as in Korea.

The trip to and from the destination was pleasant. The guide took time to navigate us through Sunway Lagoon via a map. We were picked up and dropped off timeously. Sunway Lagoon is filled with amazing activities to keep you busy for days.
