- A maximum of 20 ticket(s) can be made per booking. Klook reserves the right to reject or cancel orders that exhibit suspicious purchasing behavior
- Admission is free on the first Friday of every month from 16:00 to 20:00 during Free First Friday Nights presented by BMO (Bank of Montreal)
- Please note that the venue is cashless; card payments only. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Discover Card are not accepted at this time
- The gallery offers free self-serve storage lockers for visitors with admission to store coats, backpacks, and other large items that are not permitted inside the gallery
- Wheelchairs are available for visitors on a first-come, first-served basis or by reservation with the gallery
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
- Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
- Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
- Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue
