The driver arrived at the airport on time, and used WhatsApp to communicate the location. It took about an hour to reach the Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel and it went smoothly.
This is the second time I use this shared service in KL, they will contact u one day before and know your flight information and ask u to wait where, I suppose to book at 6pm but arrive early and still can arrange the pick up at 5. Great service!
Although it is a shared pick up, but the person told me that it is only me and change from van to sedan to pick me up, of course, it is very good service to me and the driver is professional when driving , he keep silence all the way

The driver was nice and drove very safely. We didn't have any other passengers to pick up so we got a free upgrade. The car was comfy and air conditioned. Would recommend.
Make sure you choose a pick up time that will leave you time to go through immigration, luggage, and get everything you need. I was late to get out to the car and my driver was texting me about what was going on. I also choose the wrong airport and the driver was nice enough to drive to the right airport to pick me up, though I had to pay 10 myr. So make sure you have the right airport. There is a difference between KLIA,2,3 etc.
We were the only ones that needed to be picked up so they changed our package to a private sedan, without extra charge. Mr Amal was also very kind and recommended us places to go to when we asked. Also, on the way to our hotel, he explained some places that we passed by, which was like a mini tour.
Thanks a lot for klook. The driver very nice to talk and tell a lot of information. He drove very smooth and careful. He whatapps me the day before to make sure my landed time. Really have a nice experience, will introduce to my friends.
The driver is accomodating and very patient. Amal waited for me eventhough I'm 30 minutes late. He is very helpful as I ask him to lend me his phone to send message to my friend. It was a smooth ride and he ensure that we are safe during the entire duration of the trip. I highly recommend him and will surely book again on my next travel.
