MCP x Jumptopia Giant Habitat: A Living Jungle Expedition

1.Please refer to the on-site displayed rules for the playground regulations. 2.Entries are for single admittance only. No exchanging of participant is allowed. 3.The facility is suitable for children aged 2–12 and their parents. For safety reasons, children aged 2 below are not recommended to enter. 4.Children shorter than 120 cm must be accompanied and supervised by an adult or guardian aged 18 or older at all times, who will assume full responsibility for them. 5.When choosing an activity, parents and guardians should evaluate the participants’ age, height, weight, ability, or other factors. For any improper use of the gaming facilities, Organizer shall bear no responsibility or liability for any claims or injuries incurred. 6.All participants must be in good health before entering Organizer’s gaming facilities and comply with any public health directive as may be in force from time to time. Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who appears to be unwell. 7.All participants are required to adhere to all rules and restrictions as stated by event staff and as stated on every facility in the playground. 8 .As climbing, sliding, jumping and other physical activities are involved, organizer strongly recommend all participants to wear long sleeves and jeans/pants to avoid potential abrasion. 9.For hygiene and safety purposes, it is mandatory for all participants to wear socks at all times within the playground. Participants are not to be barefoot and no shoes are allowed in the playground. The use of non-slip socks are compulsory for all participants aged 12 and under, organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to participants not wearing non-slip socks. 10.Non-slip socks are available for purchase at the reception counter at Playground. 11.Participants may keep your footwear in the designated areas provided. 12.If participants choose to use any storage facilities offered by organizer, please do not store any valuables there. 13.All strollers must be folded before putting into the designated storage area. 14. No strollers / prams / travel systems are allowed in any of play areas. 15.Organizer will not be responsible for any loss or damage to property stored in any storage facilities or play areas (whether arising from any reasons). 16 .To avoid any contamination and other risk exposure, outside food and beverages are strictly not allowed except for baby formulas. No food and drinks are allowed within the play areas. 17.Organizer strives to keep the playground as clean and comfortable for all, and reserve the right to impose clean-up and sanitization charges HK$1000 for incidents such as vomiting, spillage, urine and leaks. Participants’ cooperation is essential in cleaning up after themselves and child. 18.Organizer does not condone bullying, discriminatory and violent behaviour. Anyone who displays discriminatory or aggressive behaviour or uses harsh or abusive language within the playground will be asked to leave the playground and if the situation warrants it reported to the police. 19.Any damage caused to the facilities through bad, unruly behaviour or misuse of the facilities will be claimed against participants, who are to use the facilities as instructed and shall in no way cause any damage to the same. In the event of any mishap or accident, please report it to the nearest staff at sight. 20 Organizer reserves the right to alter our operations hours, shorten and/or halt playtime or revise the rules and regulations whenever necessary and without prior notice. Organizer may from time to time have to close the playground (whole or certain areas) and will endeavour to provide participants with as much notice of any such closures as possible. For the avoidance of doubt, organizer is not obliged to compensate participants for any closures. 21.Organizer reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove any of these House Rules at any given time without any prior notice.

Black Rainstorm Warning Signal

• If issued before the event starts: the event will be suspended and will reopen within 2 hours after the signal is lowered. If the signal remains in force until 4:00 pm, the event will be closed for the entire day.
• If issued during the event: the event will continue as normal. Ticket holders unable to attend may apply for rescheduling. Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above
• If issued before the event starts: the event will be suspended and will reopen within 2 hours after the signal is lowered. If the signal remains in force until 4:00 pm, the event will be closed for the entire day.
• If the Hong Kong Observatory announces that the signal will be issued during the event: the event will close 1 hour before the signal is hoisted. Arrangements for Affected Tickets
• Holders of unredeemed online tickets may apply for rescheduling on KLOOK. No refunds will be provided.
• Holders of redeemed online tickets may apply for rescheduling at the onsite admission counter. No refunds will be provided.
• Holders of physical tickets may apply for rescheduling on-site.
