Aurora Day Cruise: Ha Long Bay with Sung Sot & Ti Top

We booked a one-day trip at the last minute and paid through Klook. Soon after, we were contacted by the boat company to confirm the time, pick-up/drop-off location, driver/guide's name, phone number, and vehicle license plate. If you're staying in the Old Quarter, complimentary pick-up and drop-off are provided. The limousine bus arrived on time, was comfortable, had phone chargers, and each person received a small bottle of water. Halfway to the pier, we stopped at a souvenir and food shop before continuing our journey. We arrived at the check-in building at 11:00 AM and waited until 12:00 PM when a staff member brought our tickets and escorted us to the boat. The boat was new and clean. The guide introduced the boat and the program. The food was a buffet and tasted good. Initially, there weren't enough serving utensils, but more were added. The staff on the boat professionally refilled food and cleared used dishes. The only extra cost was for drinks, which we ordered from the bar on board. I liked that the staff didn't pressure us or constantly try to upsell. It felt comfortable. We ended up ordering other drinks after the activities anyway. In the evening, as the sun began to set, music started playing on the deck, and we were invited to go up. The views were great, and the atmosphere was pleasant during the return cruise. Snacks were provided, and there was an opportunity to make our own spring rolls. The female guide and the male staff member with glasses (May 23rd) were very attentive; I can't recall their names. If you're lucky enough not to encounter impolite fellow travelers, this trip will be absolutely perfect.

It was a bit difficult to find the guide at the meeting point; you really have to pay close attention to the bus name. So far, the trip has been quite enjoyable, and the lunch provided was varied and delicious. The activities offered were also interesting.

I had a wonderful trip with the Halong Aurora Day cruise . The cruise ship was very new and offered a buffet lunch with fresh, delicious food. The staff and Cruise management were friendly and supportive throughout the journey.

This trip was amazing, has so much fun, Andy was a great organizer and tour guide with good english and will follow up on you so you don’t get lost during the trip, highly recommend.

There were 35 of us in total, including Chinese, Vietnamese, Italian, and French individuals. The lunch was excellent; I had a lot of seafood, as well as hot dishes, salads, and desserts. The food portions were generous. Everyone was very full, and our tour guide spoke good English. The cave tour was great; without a guide, it would have just been an ordinary cave with no 'wow' factor.

I had a great experience on Aurora Halong Cruises day trip. Nice cruise, delicious food, and I really enjoyed the sunset party with the bay view and music. Special thanks tour guide Mr. Neil. I will bring my family to your cruise in this summer. Thank you again.

Group of 35 people: we were Chinese, Vietnamese, Italians, and French. Lunch was wonderful – I overate on seafood, and there were also hot dishes, salads, and desserts. There was enough food for everyone. Our guide, Andy, spoke English and also knew Chinese. The cave tour was excellent. We talked with the guide the entire time. Without a guide, it would just be an ordinary cave, nothing to be wowed by. Next, we had a choice of kayaking or a bamboo boat. A speedboat was available for an extra charge. We went under the cave and saw a family of active monkeys. Then we disembarked on Titov Island. The water was cool, good for swimming, but it smelled strongly of gasoline from the boats. There's nothing to do there. It's better to stay on the boat and swim in the jacuzzi. Afterward, we returned to port for a party. They served fruit (pineapple, watermelon, guava, dragon fruit) and there was dancing. The music was modern and not too loud. There was always enough food for everyone. The guide was super – he answered all our questions and even lent us his watch when we went kayaking since we didn't have one. Everything was clean and pleasant. There's a shower and fresh towels.

Where should i begin with, I dont know, cuz everything was great with chilling and relaxing moment. The lunch foods were tasty. Mr. Andy was our tour guy. He was very nice, friendly, and informative guy. Very Pleased ⭐️⭐️⭐️Highly Recommended
