we enjoyed the pho museum. we went there early so we were the only ones during the tour. we learned a lot from Ms. Anna, she was well versed and she made the tour interesting. we were able to sniff some spices and we also loved the 7 set meal at the end of the tour.

I enjoyed this tour so much because I learned, experience, watched, and ate delicious pho. I recommend our tour guide, Hanna. She is very sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable about what she shares about pho. We enjoyed it because she is fun in sharing and lets us make the spices in a way we enjoy. Ask for Hanna when you go there. There are also other staff there who are very sweet like Tuna and Pepper. They do their job from the heart.

I visited this place today and was absolutely blown away by the space. The staff here are amazing—they'll gladly guide you through every single corner. A huge plus is the natural aroma of Pho in the air, not to mention how incredibly sweet and welcoming the team is. She’s a wonderful girl, just bubbling with enthusiasm and a bright, cheerful energy that makes you feel instanty welcome. She’ll take you through the whole story of the museum, its history, and the people behind it... you're going to love her vibe. Food-wise, I was really impressed and satisfied with the set menu. The pho was good, though if I had to pick one thing, I would've preferred the broth to be just a tad lighter. Thank you to Aurora and the entire team for making such a wonderful impression. We had an educational and unique experience at the Pho Museum! We’ve eaten Pho before but it was so interesting to learn how pho came about, the history of Pho and how it evolved over time. We were allocated Anna as our guide and she patiently guided us through the various stations. We even had a spices gift pack at the end! Overall great experience and value for money esp with the meal :)

He explained the history of pho, the different spices, and the detailed process of creating the broth and flavors in a very interesting and easy-to-understand way. Leo was friendly, patient, and made the entire tour feel personal and engaging. You can really tell he loves sharing Vietnamese food culture with visitors. The broth was crystal clear with a deep, naturally sweet flavor from hours of simmering bones, perfectly infused with the rich aromas of cinnamon, star anise, and cardamom. The rice noodles were soft yet delightfully chewy, and the beef was tender and full of flavor. Tasting such authentic Pho right after learning about its century-old heritage made the experience deeply satisfying and soulful.
