What to expect
Good to know
- Participation is limited to those 130 cm or taller.
- For the noon session, entry is allowed from 12:00–15:00, and for the afternoon session, entry is allowed from 16:00–19:00. Arrangements will be made in order of arrival, so there may be a wait. Passengers on cruises should be sure to allow sufficient time.
- Please return the items by 21:00 Japan time on the same day. Late returns will be considered as returns on the following day and will incur an additional charge of ¥3,300 per person, and personal belongings cannot be retrieved on the rental day.
- To avoid crowding in the store, accompanying persons who are not participating in the experience will not be allowed in the store. Thank you for your understanding.
- We recommend wearing a tight-fitting inner layer that is easy to change into; in summer, you can choose fitted shorts and short sleeves. In autumn and winter, it is recommended to wear warm inner layers such as thermal underwear, fitted tops, and fitted capri pants.
- The store provides free tabi socks in sizes 20–26 cm. *Please bring your own socks for sizes 27 cm and above, or you can purchase them in the store for a fee (¥1,650).
