He made sure that he catered all of our requests. We had a great time even though the day was 13 hours long and action packed. Our 4 year old son had a ball of a time. My experience with Mr Hai Map Truc Tuyen, The way of communicating and carrying out the tour guide was very good, very helpful when we ask him about food named Banh Mi famous in Danang then he also gave us information on delicious local Banh Mi. where we experienced obstacles, namely delays in descending from Ba Na Hills due to rain and strong winds, so the cable car was temporarily closed, but the driver still waited for us and still took us to several places according to the locations that had been written, thank you very much for your patience and for continuing to help us find the tour guide when we couldn't find a Klook guide in Hoi An. We got Hai as our driver and we are so happy with his service. He came on time even earlier to pick up us at hotel. He also can speak Mandarin and make my mom and aunt happy because they can't speak English. He also fast response and give good direction.
