The tour was unilaterally canceled the evening before the scheduled date. I received an email offering a refund and alternative tour suggestions, but I haven't received any response after replying. I was really looking forward to this, and it's very disappointing, especially since I don't know when I'll be able to visit the U.S. again. Since the cancellation was so last-minute, I couldn't book any other tours in time and had no choice but to give up.
