• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity starts
• No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Cruise, ferry or flight is cancelled
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Partial refund rules: Please note that if the scenic area suspends sailing due to inclement weather, the round-town cruise will be changed to a scenic shuttle bus to enter the ancient town, and no fees will be refunded.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
