Willa is as wonderful as the moon! we love her :). the tour was really great in many thanks to our driver with the lovely air conditioned bus! I like that she gave us a good guide information before each stop and kept us well on task without feeling rushed and letting us explore on our own. it was easy to find the tour meeting spot too. a great value for an all day tour/ I recommend Willa!
Many thanks to Fiona, our tour guide for today. Her dedication and spirit have truly touched me, especially after using Klook for over ten years. She anticipated almost every situation and potential question from tourists, providing a wealth of helpful information. Even before boarding the bus at each stop, she stood steadfastly in front of the bus, rain or shine, to guide passengers. After the day's itinerary, she even provided recommendations for delicious, fresh food that locals enjoy for dinner and reputable shops where locals frequently buy kitchenware. Despite the short day, Fiona's thoughtfulness, care, and enthusiasm for all tourists were evident at every turn. I sincerely hope to visit Osaka again and join a tour led by Fiona. I am truly grateful for the unforgettable one-day trip to Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara she provided for my family of three today. I wish Fiona a successful career and all the best!
