Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Cruise, ferry or flight is cancelled
- Partial refund rules: Last-minute cancellations by cruise lines (e.g., bad weather) entitle partial refund (80%) or alternative date
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
