1. The exclusive chartered package does not include a tour guide. The driver can only provide simple explanations and ticketing services. If you need a tour guide service, please select a package according to your needs.
2. Choose to experience the ancient style makeup and styling in Yongqingfang: includes changing clothes and styling.
3. Choose to experience the ancient style travel photography in Yongqingfang: includes 1 set of clothing, 1 styling, negatives (40 photos), refined negatives (8 photos), and photography (45 to 60 minutes of follow-up shooting).
4. Please note: Chen Clan Ancestral Hall is closed on Tuesdays (instead, visit Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall).
5. The driver can communicate in simple English if necessary (using English translation software or WeChat translation).
6. For foreign tourists without a mainland Chinese mobile phone number, please contact customer service one day before departure and provide a WeChat QR code screenshot to add customer service.
7. Other contact methods are not supported for now. We will inform you of the itinerary and pick-up location via WeChat.
8. Please note that the driver serves as both driver and guide, but cannot accompany you on sightseeing or provide guided tours.

Travel Tips Guangzhou Tram

1. Supports Yang Cheng Tong, transportation cards, WeChat / Alipay ride codes.
2. Do not extend your head, hands, or items out of the window during the entire journey. It is strictly forbidden to carry flammable, explosive, dangerous goods, sharp objects, oversized or overweight luggage; pets are prohibited (except guide dogs).
