Prior to making a booking, I did enquire Klook whether the 14 seater car is okay to go into the zoo because somewhere on the zoo's website says only 12 or below seater car is allowed in. Klook replied said okay, and so I went ahead and book it for my 12 people family trip. But nope, the zoo didn't let us in. So we were forced to get off the car, and line up for the common facility in the zoo. Luckily, the weather and the queue were not too bad, and we still enjoyed our time at the zoo. Klook did give me a 50% refund but it was not what I expected in the first place. Klook's online customer service tried to help me but at the end they did not refund 100% of the package because I did "use" it. Up until now, the package is still not updated to "under 12 people". Quite a disappointment and klook, please have better communication with your vendor and make sure everything is updated on your website.
