  • Step 1: Upon your arrival at airport, proceed to lower level baggage claim, retrieve your luggage
  • Step 2: Proceed outside to a SuperShuttle or American Shuttle Kiosk (kiosk number: 2 / 4 /10 / 20 / 22)
  • Step 3: Speak with a Customer Service Representative (CSR) wearing a blue shirt, and he/she will assist you with your transportation needs
