Both Li and Justin provided outstanding service. Flexibility Flexibility is a major plus—the tour can be fully customized to your preferences. Price Price-wise, this is the most expensive option, but it also delivers the best experience. That said, considering how premium the overall experience is, the lunch—while not bad—was just average, which felt a bit out of place. Still, if you're willing to pay more for top quality, this is the best one to choose.

I was very happy choosing a tour in Nusa Penida with the luxury car provided. The roads in Nusa Penida are quite rocky, especially on the way to Angel’s Billabong, but I felt very comfortable inside the car throughout the journey. The driver was friendly, professional, and even helped take photos. Hopefully, Nusa Penida will have better road conditions in the future.

Even though some roads in Nusa Penida are quite rough and challenging, the Premium Car Tour made the entire journey extremely comfortable from start to finish. The car was smooth, spacious, clean, and very well-maintained, which made a huge difference when traveling long distances between destinations. The suspension was excellent, so the ride felt much more relaxed despite the road conditions.

The 5-star review is for Komang’s graciousness and allowing us to veer off the usual itinerary. We requested a beach that wasn’t full of tourists so our son could play and be in the water. All the other spots are nice and all but know that they are full of tourists and all the trou companies have the same itinerary. Komang found us a beach where we were on our own and had the whole beach to ourselves. It was a nice respite from the tropical heat and usual bustle of fellow tourists. So thank you for making the trip worthwhile with the last beach where we could relax and enjoy!
