- Leaving the group requires informing the guide and signing a form with no refunds for unused portions
- Parking is not available at the meeting point and guests must arrange their own transportation
- Itinerary and vehicle may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, or other conditions with passengers possibly transferred to another vehicle if needed

- Effective January 1, 2026, non-U.S. residents aged 16+ must pay a USD $100 surcharge per visit at 11 designated U.S. national parks—Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, Yosemite, Zion, Grand Teton, Glacier, Rocky Mountain, Bryce Canyon, Acadia, Sequoia & Kings Canyon, and Everglades—or purchase a USD $250 annual pass covering up to three additional visitors
- From March to mid-December, some trails are only accessible by shuttle bus and some trails may be closed due to weather restrictions, park regulations, or the size of your vehicle on the day of your tour
- In special circumstances, the operator may adjust the itinerary and stops will be arranged at different points for photo opportunities
