- For multiple bookings, please provide all confirmation numbers to the operator after booking to ensure you travel on the same bus
- The type of vehicle used may vary based on the number of guests (Bus, van, minivan, etc.)
- Guests with disabilities must notify the operator in advance. Wheelchair-lift buses are not guaranteed without prior approval
- Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat. Coach buses usually do not need one, but winter tours using vans/minivans may. Please contact the operator in advance if needed; rental is available on request
- Booster seat rental is $10.00 USD/person per day. Please make a request to the operator in advance during booking. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. If there is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day, the fee can be refunded to the guest
- If participants choose to leave the group, please inform and obtain the consent of the tour guide. Participants will need to sign the departure agreement form, and the unfinished part will be regarded as their own abandonment. No refunds will be issued

Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
