• Guests with disabilities must notify the operator in advance. Wheelchair-lift buses are not guaranteed without prior approval
• Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat. Coach buses usually do not need one, but winter tours using vans/minivans may. Please contact the operator in advance if needed; rental is available on request
• Booster seat rental is $10.00 USD/person per day. Please make a request to the operator in advance during booking. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. If there is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day, the fee can be refunded to the guest
• If participants choose to leave the group, please inform and obtain the consent of the tour guide. Participants will need to sign the departure agreement form, and the unfinished part will be regarded as their own abandonment. No refunds will be issued
