- Changping Valley requires a certain level of physical fitness; you can choose to ride a horse or hike (horseback riding is recommended).
- The scenic area has a high altitude, so be careful to prevent altitude sickness and bring enough warm clothing.
- 设备准备：手机电量充足，携带充电宝（高海拔区域信号可能不稳定）；相机、望远镜等摄影设备（冬季注意保暖防雾）；防晒霜、墨镜、遮阳帽（高原紫外线极强）；饮用水和少量高热量零食（景区内餐饮选择有限）；可按需携带便携氧气瓶、葡萄糖口服液，缓解高原反应。
- 游览规划：双桥沟全程游览约需4-5小时，长坪沟常规游览（至枯树滩往返）约需3-4小时，建议8:00-10:00前抵达景区，预留充足游览时间；雨雪天气路面湿滑，游览时注意慢行，听从景区工作人员指挥。

- （1）为保障游客的游览安全与景区秩序，根据国家相关法律法规，四姑娘山景区对无人机等“低慢小”航空器实行报备管理，飞行前须提前向景区管理局报备审批，未经审批严禁飞行；
- （2）严禁在人群密集区、景区设施设备、核心景点、野生动物栖息地附近飞行，飞行高度不得超过120米，全程保持视距内操控，禁止夜间飞行；
- （3）飞行期间须全程避让游客、景区车辆及设施设备，远离交通道路，因违规操作引发事故的，需承担相应法律责任；
