- The Maid of the Mist operates from mid-April to the end of October, depending on river conditions, and when it closes, the itinerary is replaced by Old Fort Niagara and Lake Ontario with 60-minute tickets included
- Tickets included in the itinerary are considered complimentary and if they cannot be used on the scheduled day due to force majeure, temporary closures, or other reasons, no additional compensation or alternative arrangements will be offered
- Pregnant travelers allowed if under 24 weeks
- Please verify your name and contact details; errors may incur additional costs
- For multiple bookings, please provide all confirmation numbers after booking to ensure you travel on the same bus
- Third-party attraction tickets or city passes are not accepted and all admission tickets must be purchased during booking or from your guide on the day of the tour
- Children under 6 may require a booster seat by law when traveling on minivans or vans and you should contact the operator in advance if needed with rentals available on request
- Leaving the group requires informing the guide and signing a form with no refunds for unused portions
- Parking is not available at the meeting point and guests must arrange their own transportation
- Itinerary and vehicle may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, or other conditions with passengers possibly transferred to another vehicle if needed
- No refunds for unused portions or changed gift vouchers or tickets
- Passengers with disabilities must provide advance notice to operator when booking to ensure accessibility

- Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
