Good to know

The tour guide and vehicle information will be sent to your email (may go to the junk box) from 20:00–21:00 the day before departure. Please be sure to check it in time and keep your communication channels open. There may be a slight delay during the peak season. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest email.

If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number for the tour, you will be notified of the cancellation by email the day before departure. In the event of extreme weather such as typhoons or heavy snow, you will be notified by email whether the tour will be canceled by 18:00 local time the day before departure.

Seats and Vehicles

The itinerary is a group tour, and seat allocation follows the principle of first come, first served. If you have special needs, please make a note. We will do our best to arrange it, but the final arrangement shall prevail on site. The type of vehicle used depends on the number of people, and you cannot specify the type of vehicle. When there are few people, a driver may be arranged to serve as a staff member, and the explanation will be relatively brief. If you need to bring luggage, you must inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without permission, the tour guide has the right to refuse you to board the bus and the fee will not be refunded. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the car. If any stains are caused, compensation will be required according to local standards.

Itinerary Adjustment and Safety

Japanese law stipulates that operating vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If the time is exceeded, additional fees will be charged (ranging from 5,000–10,000 yen/hour). The itinerary is for reference only. Actual traffic, stay, and tour times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, and other conditions. The tour guide may reasonably replace or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation. In the event of weather or force majeure that causes the cable car, cruise ship, and other facilities to be suspended, you will be transferred to other attractions or the stay time will be adjusted. Fees will not be refunded for lateness due to personal reasons, temporary changes to the meeting place, or leaving the group midway. You will be responsible for any accidents and additional expenses incurred after leaving the group.

Season and Landscape

The visibility of Mount Fuji is greatly affected by the weather, especially in summer when the visibility is low. It is recommended to confirm the weather information before booking. Seasonal limited activities such as flower viewing, autumn foliage viewing, snow scenes, and fireworks displays are greatly affected by the climate. The flowering period and peak of autumn leaves may be earlier or later. Even if the expected landscape is not reached, the itinerary will still depart normally and no refunds will be given.

Other Information

Please arrive at the meeting place on time. We will not wait for those who are late, and you cannot join the tour midway. It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain itineraries.

* The itinerary does not include personal travel and accident insurance. It is recommended to purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have certain risks. Please carefully register according to your health condition.

* After the itinerary departs, if it is forced to be terminated due to natural disasters or force majeure, the fee will not be refunded, and the passenger will have to bear the return or additional accommodation costs.

* During peak travel periods such as Japanese red days and weekends, there are often serious traffic jams or attractions that close early. It is recommended not to book flights, bullet trains, or dinners for the same night, and to bring your own snacks and power banks.
