For Bike / Scooter / Segway
- Participants should be able to ride a scooter comfortably. The operator reserves the right to refuse service if the customer cannot ride a scooter safely, and no refunds will be issued
- Ponchos will be provided in case of rain

- Please dress accordingly depending on the day's weather conditions
- This activity is not recommended for pregnant women
- Participants are advised dress appropriately for this activity (long pants, long-sleeved shirt or scarf to cover shoulders, and closed shoes)
- For smooth entry, please refrain from wearing flip flops, shorts, tank tops, or sleeveless shirts

Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings

Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 48 hour(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
