Easy to redeem at the centre. Look for gorilla booth or show the klook ticket to any booth and staf are nice enough point you to the right one. timing can be different from what was selected as staff gave us the next earliest timing when we arrived. nice and fun experience that would love to do again.

It was wonderful to see the underwater world of the beautiful Karabik Bay. We were lucky enough to even spot a turtle. The young children who came with their parents absolutely loved it. I think it's because most children don't get many opportunities to see the ocean floor, other than at an aquarium. Their excited and thrilled expressions were adorable. Inside the boat, there were fans, so it was cooler than I expected. Seeing how much of the coral had died made me realize we need to take better care of the ocean. It was great to be able to see the deep sea.

We went to the office because our reservation was confirmed, but the GORILLA OFFICE was closed for repairs. While wandering around the beach, we spotted the Blue Coral boat, and an employee was checking the boat. They said they couldn't operate because the boat was under repair, and then they called an employee. That employee made some calls and chartered the boat for us. The Coral Blue boat was very kind and good. However, it seems like there is a problem with the office that took the reservation or the Klook system. One of my family members was so angry that they didn't take the boat ride. Thank you to the employees who checked everything thoroughly, provided kind guidance, and gave us excellent service.

I can't swim, so I chose this, and it was wonderful.

I think it's really wonderful that you can have such an experience at this price. I check the weather and make reservations when the time is right. I was able to see sea turtles!

I had an extraordinary experience. The operation of the boat and the explanations were accurate and easy to understand. Hair and debris fell on the glass occasionally, so it would be nice if it were cleaned with something like a Swiffer and the glass was a little more sparkling.

If you need to park, it might be a little difficult, so prepare in advance. The staff provided excellent service and clear instructions. The ride was comfortable and not too hot, and the underwater scenery was amazing. The trip lasted about half an hour and was very smooth. It doesn't require much physical exertion, making it suitable for all ages.

Extremely disappointed. After a 30-minute taxi ride, we finally arrived at Kabira Bay, only to find out at the counter that the boats weren't operating today. The vendor didn't send any notification whatsoever, neither by email nor phone! Can anyone understand the feeling of traveling so far only to find out the boats aren't running? In the end, we went to the counter next door and bought tickets on the spot for 2300 JPY per trip, which was about the same price as this vendor. I recommend just buying tickets directly at the site; that way, you're not restricted by time. I hope this helps everyone.
