We had an amazing time with our guide Shin! We loved learning about the traditional Samurai clothing and the different types of swords. We got to practice several moves with the sword and even cut some paper which was wild! Shin and his assistant took some fantastic pictures and video for us, so we could share the experience with our friends at home. We would strongly recommend the tour! Very fun!
We had a wonderful time with this experience. Shiin picked us up and took us to a temple that was in great shape. we donned our kimonos from the selection he had available. from there we had a history lesson on Japanese swords and swordsmanship. he then taught us a few basic moves and we put our skill’s toghether to put a short video together. we then took photos around the property and learned snout Kanazawa the castle town. if you are a fan of martial arts or swordsmanship this activity is for you.
Fun experience with a great teacher in a beautiful temple. We learnt a bit of history as well as the basic moves and got to try on traditional outfits too
