St. Peter's Basilica escorted entry ticket with audio guide

I didn't see any reviews when I bought it, but later I got nervous when I saw the reviews because there were three negative reviews out of four. The platform didn't support refunds either, so I could only take a chance. Fortunately, I was able to redeem it in the end, but it was a bit of a hassle. You can't scan the electronic QR code directly. You have to find a staff member next to the small shop in front of the Foot Locker store and exchange it for a paper ticket to successfully enter St. Peter's Basilica. Before going to the museum, you have to go to the shop diagonally opposite to exchange it again. However, the fast track was good and saved a lot of queuing.

First, I was anxious when I found out I had to exchange the ticket on-site. All the reviews were terrible, too... I was scared, so the day before, I took the subway to see if I could get the ticket. When I asked the old man at the kiosk, he coldly told me they weren't doing it today and that the person in charge would arrive around 9 AM tomorrow, so I should get it then. I gave up for the day. I wondered, "What's wrong with this old man at the kiosk?" The next day, my Klook reservation stated that the pickup time was 15 minutes before 8:30 AM, so I went to the kiosk at 7:30 AM. The same old man was there again, saying, "Not yet! The staff will be here around 8:00 AM, so wait," in a condescending tone... Other foreigners besides me were in the same predicament and looked distressed. We were talking about how terrible this reservation was when, after 8:00 AM, a tour company staff member in a red T-shirt finally arrived. He scanned the QR code and gave me an envelope. I was getting anxious because I needed to enter the Vatican Museums by 8:30 AM, but I couldn't enter with the envelope. I needed to exchange the ticket inside the envelope (Again? I don't know, but there are a lot of exchanges, aren't there?). Finally, I received the paper admission ticket at the Tour List Rome office in front of the Vatican Museums entrance. With this, I finally joined the queue outside the museum entrance. Why couldn't it be done in one go?! After visiting the Vatican Museums, I exited and headed to St. Peter's Basilica. I was worried about what I would do if the QR ticket in the envelope didn't work there. I showed it to an attendant while in line, and it worked! It was really nerve-wracking, and there was a lot of walking, which made it feel difficult. If you like a bit of suspense or are a challenger who believes in forging your own path, please book here! P.S.: The green kiosk used for meeting up has absolutely no relation. Looking back, I guess the old man must have thought, "Don't keep asking me!" Sorry, old man 🙏 You weren't in the wrong. Sorry 🙏

They should inform visitors that headphones are required to listen to the guide. The reception for listening to the guide barely works, so what you pay for the guide is useless due to poor reception. And there's always a line, even though this tour is advertised as "skip the line."

I purchased an online admission (Fast Track) ticket for April 5th, but the online admission was not operating. When I asked the police officer for guidance, I was told to wait in the general free admission line. So, after buying the ticket, I waited in the free admission line for two hours to get in. It was absurd that they sold tickets for April 5th (Sunday) when the online admission line wasn't even operating. Waiting in the scorching plaza for over two hours after paying for a ticket was a truly frustrating and unfair situation. Shouldn't Klook take full responsibility for this? Please refund my online admission ticket for April 5th, as it was not operational. My first day in Rome was absolutely terrible.

I bought the ticket because I was told that Japanese audio guides were available. However, in reality there was no Japanese option at all, which was extremely disappointing. I was not able to get a refund either. Please be careful, everyone.
