Terms and Conditions for Event Page

• The organizer of this concert is MakerVille Company Limited ("Organizer").
• Audiences must hold a valid ticket to enter the concert venue, with a limit of one ticket per person. Attendees must comply with the specific terms and restrictions of this concert and venue, including but not limited to age restrictions, code of conduct, and prohibited items. In case of any violation, venue staff reserve the right to refuse entry or request departure.
• This concert is only open to individuals aged 6 or above with valid identification documents. Individuals under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Venue staff reserve the right to inspect participants' identification documents to verify age. Failure to pass verification may result in refusal of entry.
• This concert ticket information and admission confirmation code (if any) will be void if deleted, modified, or tampered with. The Organizer will not be liable for any loss, damage, alteration, forgery, theft, fraud, or unauthorized use, nor will it reissue tickets. Photocopies are considered invalid. In case of any dispute, the Organizer's records shall prevail, and the Organizer has the final decision-making power.
• If the Organizer discovers or suspects anyone of scalping tickets for this concert or engaging in any illegal activities (including but not limited to stealing personal data or forging identification documents), the Organizer has the right to cancel the person's ticket purchase and/or admission eligibility, and cancel the relevant tickets. The Organizer also reserves the right to take legal action. Individuals whose ticket purchase and/or admission eligibility is cancelled will not be able to enter the event venue, and the cancelled tickets will also be invalid. All ticket fees paid, including handling fees, will not be refunded.
• The Organizer reserves the right to change the content of this concert without refund or exchange of tickets.
• The Organizer has the right to change or postpone the performance date of this concert, cancel this concert, reallocate or reduce seats at any time, and will not be liable for any expectation gap, inconvenience, loss, or damage to the relevant parties. In case of any dispute, the decision made by the Organizer shall be final.
• Ticket holders must be seated according to the row and seat number on the concert ticket.
• Ticket holders must comply with Hong Kong laws, the safety guidelines of the Organizer and the venue, venue rules, and instructions from the Organizer and venue staff. Attendees should pay attention to personal safety and avoid any dangerous or unsafe behavior in the venue. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder who fails to comply with relevant regulations or request such persons to leave at any time. In case of any emergency, attendees should immediately seek assistance from staff.
• The Organizer has the right to determine the time and manner of admission for latecomers. Ticket holders should comply with the instructions and arrangements of the Organizer and/or venue staff for admission.
• Photography and videography are not allowed in the concert venue. Except for authorized personnel, all persons are strictly prohibited from bringing photography and videography equipment into the venue.
• Smoking, eating, drinking, recording, photographing, filming, or live broadcasting, or bringing dangerous items such as glass bottles, food, beverages, metal sharp objects, flammable items, laser pointers, sky lanterns, or metal balloons into the concert venue are strictly prohibited.
• All persons are prohibited from bringing any animals (except for guide dogs that have been agreed to in writing by the venue in advance) into the concert venue.
• To avoid interfering with the concert, please turn off alarms and ringtones of mobile phones during the concert.
• It is strictly forbidden to bring any objects that affect or obstruct the view and enjoyment of the concert, including but not limited to handbags/backpacks larger than 38×30×20 cm, large light boards (the maximum volume of the light board is 38x30x20 cm), selfie sticks, balloons, flags, long umbrellas, and benches. The Organizer reserves the right to confiscate the above items until the end of the concert. If there are any of the above restricted items, please deposit them at the venue's luggage storage service counter or the self-service lockers on the ground floor.
• If any person violates these terms and conditions, violates the rules of the Organizer and/or the venue, harasses others, or engages in any behavior that the Organizer deems inappropriate, the Organizer has the right to request the relevant person to leave the venue immediately without any compensation or refund.
• The concert process may be filmed, videotaped, and/or broadcast live. The Organizer has the right (but not the obligation) to broadcast or publish it on television and other media that the Organizer deems appropriate around the world, and/or in any other form. All intellectual property rights of this concert, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights of live recordings and/or audio and video products recorded during its related processes and all other rights, are permanently owned by the Organizer. By entering the concert venue, ticket holders agree to be recorded or photographed. Ticket holders hereby irrevocably waive all existing and future rights (including but not limited to copyright, intellectual property rights, and moral rights) to the content of the audio and video recordings of the concert and/or its related processes.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer will not be liable to ticket holders or other persons for any direct or indirect injury, damage, loss, cost, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused by participating in this concert or its related processes, accepting or using souvenirs (if any), or participating in any activities related to souvenirs (if any).
• If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted four hours before the opening time of this concert, or the concert needs to be cancelled or rescheduled for any reason, please pay attention to the latest announcements on the Organizer’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/MakerVille.official) / Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/makerville.official) / MIRO Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/MIRO.weallare) / Instagram (https://instagram.com/miro.weallare) and/or MIRROR Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/MIRROR.WeAre) / Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/mirror.weare).
• Persons who purchase tickets for this concert, ticket holders, and attendees agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all applicable regulations related to this concert. The Organizer reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. Any updates or modifications will take effect immediately after being published on the Organizer’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/MakerVille.official) / Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/makerville.official). In case of any dispute, the Organizer shall have the final decision-making power and binding decision.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong"). Ticket purchasers, ticket holders, and attendees agree to be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
• In case of any dispute, AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the Organizer reserve the right of final decision.
