Mt. Fuji 5th Station & Hakone Owakudani & Ropeway + Pirate Ship Dual Experience (Upgrade to Bullet Train Round Trip Day Tour Available | Departing from Tokyo)

【About the Activity】 The Hakone Ropeway and Hakone Pirate Ship on Lake Ashi may be suspended due to various reasons (strong winds, heavy rain, temporary maintenance). We may visit other attractions (also to respect the itinerary on busy traffic days), such as Hakone Shrine & Lake Ashi Water Torii.

From December 01 to April 25, we will visit the Mount Fuji World Heritage Centre instead of the Fuji Five Lakes 5th Station (due to the closure of the 5th station in winter). If we cannot reach the Fuji Five Lakes 5th Station due to bad weather, road accidents, road closures, etc., we will go to a substitute attraction: Mount Fuji World Heritage Centre.

If you choose to return by Shinkansen, please note that there are no reserved seats; you can only use the non-reserved seating cars. There are 2 Shinkansen trains per hour from Odawara to Tokyo Station. In addition, the tour guide will not accompany you on the train to Tokyo. (The Shinkansen has a speed advantage on the return trip and is faster than the bus. The journey to Tokyo takes about 30 minutes, but please note that due to limited train times, there may be a waiting time for the train.)

【About Tour Duration】 According to Japanese law, Japanese drivers are not allowed to work more than 10 hours per day (including entering and exiting the depot). The tour guide may adjust the order of the itinerary and the duration of the stops as appropriate based on the traffic and on-site conditions of the day. 【Pre-Departure Notification Email】 We will send an email between 20:00–21:00 (Japan time) the night before departure, which includes: tour guide contact information, driver information, a map of the meeting place, and important reminders. 【About Seating Arrangements】 This tour is a group tour, and vehicle seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We will do our best to meet your seating needs. If you have special arrangements, please specify them in the “Special Requests” column when placing your order, but the final arrangement will be coordinated and decided by the tour guide based on the actual situation. 【About Meeting Time】 Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting place on time. As this tour is a carpooling service, we will not be able to wait for latecomers, and no refunds will be given. 【About Force Majeure】 In the event of force majeure such as weather or traffic conditions that cause delays to the itinerary, the tour guide will flexibly adjust the order of the itinerary on-site, or shorten/cancel the stay at some attractions as appropriate to ensure the safety of the itinerary. We will do our best to provide you with the best experience, thank you for your understanding.

【About Luggage】 Each guest can bring 1 standard piece of luggage free of charge. Please indicate this in the “Special Requests” when placing your order. If you bring luggage on the day without prior notice, it may cause insufficient space in the vehicle and affect the safety and comfort of others. The tour guide has the right to refuse you to board the vehicle, and the fee will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.

【About Vehicle Type】 We will arrange a suitable vehicle (such as a van, minibus, or bus) according to the actual number of people traveling. We cannot specify the vehicle type, thank you for your understanding.

【About Leaving the Group Midway】 This tour is a group tour and it is not possible to leave the group midway or leave early. If you leave the group on your own, the remaining itinerary will be regarded as an automatic waiver, and no refund will be given. Any problems or expenses incurred as a result will be borne by you.

【About Arrangements After the Tour】 As the end time of the tour may be affected by uncontrollable factors such as weather and traffic, the above times are for reference only. We recommend that you do not arrange other tight schedules (such as flights, performances, appointments) on the same day.
