I was a bit worried when I arrived because the first floor was a restaurant. Then the staff took me up to the second floor, and my massage room was on the third floor. I felt very comfortable after the massage — the staff were skilled and very friendly. The room was clean, smelled relaxing, and all the massage rooms were private. It was an incredibly satisfying experience.

It has been a wonderful time having massage here, with reception staff being very nice and helpful. Highly recommend :)

I made a reservation because the Klook app stated that bookings were available up to 2 hours in advance. When I arrived on time, my reservation hadn't been properly confirmed, and I had to wait for about 20 minutes. I chose the 45-minute foot massage, but it was essentially just oil being applied to my calves. The foot massage itself was also just oil application, and the staff frequently chatted among themselves and seemed to switch places. There are many better massage shops, so I wouldn't recommend this one. I booked it because it was near my accommodation, but it truly felt like I just lay there for 45 minutes.

If there were negative stars, I would have given the highest score. Our family received massages for 2 hours each, taking turns between two people. The atmosphere and surrounding environment didn't feel clean and were very different from the images (photos) posted on Klook, and the shower facilities made me wonder if they were even right. The booking site indicated that the above was included in the service, and I was hoping for a different service than other places, wanting to wash away the stickiness of the oil with a shower after the massage, but I guess my expectations were too high. The shower floor didn't drain properly and the water was rising, so I really had to just get my body wet and finish the shower. The above is just the tip of the iceberg compared to the actual massage. Starting the massage with a foot bath in warm water was no different from other places. Then the massage started, and while lying face down, the masseuse pressed on my calves, back, and shoulders, asking if it was okay. I asked for a little harder, and they really did it hard. It felt like an attempt to inflict pain on me, who wanted to relax my body with a massage. For reference, I'm someone who doesn't even moan during chiropractic treatment. The masseuse pressed my spinal bone with their knee on my back, which was honestly refreshing, but I felt like the masseuse's intention was to inflict pain on me. (The reason I thought they wanted to inflict pain was because my two daughters received massage services the next time, and they worked hard to inflict pain when they asked for a little harder, and when my daughter said it hurt, they asked "It hurts?" and laughed.) The massage was done with one hand, and the other hand was on the phone. Even if you lie face down and can't see because your eyes are covered with a towel, you can tell if the hand touching your calf is one hand or two, right? How did I know about the phone? Because I kept feeling the vibration on my leg. I told the manager about the above, but it wasn't corrected. Don't just look at the star rating!!
