Actually, you can just go by yourself; there's really no need to spend money to join this tour. Entry is free, the queue moves fairly quickly, and the inside is quite worth visiting.

The meeting point indicated in the confirmation was completely unattended — there was no guide on-site at the scheduled time. We waited, but no one showed up or contacted us. In other words, we were essentially left stranded without any support or explanation. Due to the situation, a full refund is absolutely necessary. This was a significant inconvenience and a clear failure to provide the service as promised.
