The Bromo tour was one of the most beautiful sights I have ever seen in my life, and every moment felt surreal and unforgettable. Although it was raining on the way from Surabaya, we were lucky to arrive at King Kong Hill under clear skies, allowing us to enjoy the full view. We also had the best driver and a wonderfully kind guide who made the whole journey even more comfortable and enjoyable. The entire experience was so perfect that I have absolutely no regrets choosing this tour. 참고로 쌀쌀은 했지만 엄청 춥지는 않았고, 한국 가을 날씨 정도로 느껴졌습니다~ (11월22일 기준) I was especially grateful for our guide, Melati, who made the experience even more enjoyable. She was kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and talented guide. She guided us perfectly and showed us the best spots. She also took amazing photos for us, helping us create memories. From the breathtaking sunrise on King Kong Hill and the exhilarating climb to Mount Bromo’s crater, to a serene breakfast overlooking the forest and the warm guidance of Oni, this truly stands out as one of the best one-day tours I’ve ever experienced. Our guide, Oni, was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and friendly from beginning to end. He shared interesting background information about Mount Bromo and the local community. What impressed me most was how he consistently pointed out the best photo spots, enthusiastically helped us capture memories, guided us safely during the climb, and ensured we were comfortable throughout the entire journey. I’m extremely grateful to him for making this such a wonderful and memorable day. Highly recommended!

Although the overnight travel schedule was definitely physically tiring, seeing the overwhelming scenery unfold before my eyes made this a 100% worthwhile tour. We departed from a hotel near Surabaya Airport at 11 PM in an SUV and arrived at the Griya Manteb Penginapan Hotel parking lot around 1:15 AM. After a short wait, we transferred to a jeep at 2 AM and ascended the mountain road, reaching the King Kong Hill viewpoint around 3 AM to secure our spot. The sunrise we witnessed around 6 AM was indescribably magnificent. At 7 AM, we descended from King Kong Hill, and around 7:30 AM, we stopped at the 'Sea of Sand' to take some great photos with the jeep. By 8 AM, we had reached the summit of Mount Bromo. In the Sea of Sand section, we paid 300k IDR per person for a round-trip horseback ride, which saved us energy and added a unique element of fun. After exploring the volcano, we returned to the first hotel around 9:30 AM for breakfast. Then, at 10 AM, we departed again in the SUV and safely returned to the Surabaya hotel around 12:30 PM. The service from our guide and driver, Ahmad, was particularly satisfying. He maintained an appropriate distance without being overly intrusive and provided timely and helpful guidance exactly when needed, making the entire tour comfortable. Although the journey there and back is not easy, I believe this tour is definitely worth experiencing for the unparalleled scenery of Bromo alone.

We had an amazing Mount Bromo sunrise experience as a couple and a worthwhile package. We were picked up from our hotel at 23:30 and travelled about 140 km 2.5hours to the Mount Bromo base area. After transferring to a jeep, we reached King Kong Hill at around 3:30. The temperature was about 8°C, so make sure to bring warm clothing. There were many tourists and jeeps, causing some traffic on the mountain roads, We headed up to the viewpoint before sunrise and were rewarded with breathtaking views of Mount Bromo and the surrounding landscape. After descending around 6:30 AM, the jeep brought us to the crater area. Visitors can either hike up or ride a horse part of the way before climbing the stairs to the crater rim. Looking into the active volcano was truly an unforgettable experience. We arrived back at our hotel around 12 PM. Special thanks to Abu for driving us safely and guiding us throughout the trip. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Surabaya or East Java.

We had such a amazing Mt Bromo trip thanks to our amazing guide, Trista! She went extra mile always making sure we were comfortable. Even scheduled our trip earlier so we could avoid the jam. We were the first to arrive at the coffee break stop and even managed to secure an amazing spot for the sunrise. She brought a mat so we could sit and enjoy the view comfortably. What really stood out was how Trista went the extra mile for our little girl. My daughter was so comfortable with her that she literally stuck to Trista the entire trip (that’s how amazing she was) She truly felt like family to us throughout the journey, which made everything even more special. The tour itself was smooth from start to finish. Confirmation came quickly and everything was well communicated. Well done! Do stay in Malang area and request for Trista as your tour guide! ❤️❤️❤️

Booking a tour for Mount Bromo is definitely worth it. Our guide, Rizky, was amazing and is a truly thoughtful and patient person. With his years of experience, he ensured we had the best viewing spot for the sunrise. He even went above and beyond by bringing a yoga mat for us to sit on and a blanket, which was much appreciated since it was surprisingly cold. I would recommend this tour 11/10. Cheers!

Our tour guide this time was William, and his Chinese was excellent, so our communication was very smooth. He then took us to three attractions: to see the sunrise, the volcano crater, and the sand sea. They were all very enjoyable, and the itinerary was well-planned. He also took us out to eat twice.
