- This seating chart serves as a basic guide to window and standard seat location. The number and position of seats may change depending on the number of reservations.
- Seats cannot be selected and will be assigned in the order of purchase.
Notice
- Please arrive at the Eland ticket booth at least 15 minutes prior, present your voucher, and fill out the boarding form.
- Cruise departure times may change or be canceled due to vessel circumstances or weather conditions. In such cases, our Customer Service team will notify you by email.
- All passengers must complete a boarding form and show identification at the ticket booth to receive a paper ticket. (Mobile tickets are not accepted due to ID verification.)
- The Banpo Bridge Moonlight Rainbow Fountain Show, a famous Seoul night view attraction, operates only from April to October. It may not operate depending on weather conditions or Seoul city decisions.
- Except for previously announced holidays, cruises operate normally even in rain or snow.
- Cruises will be suspended when a notice is issued by the Han River Operations Headquarters (e.g., extreme rainfall, severe cold warnings, Paldang Dam releases exceeding 3,000 tons per second). You will be notified separately once the suspension is confirmed.

Overall, I had a great experience! The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind—especially the person who helped us with the entrance slips. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. My only small suggestion would be to add one more pasta option to the menu alongside the risotto. Other than that, everything was wonderful

Dining with a view of the river is quite atmospheric! The food quality is also excellent. Definitely worth it!

It was pretty good, but there should be options for the main course.
Overall not a good value for money. The main dish was good but very small portion. The buffet was not good at all. There were some foreigners with very bad buffet manner. The live music was also pretty bad. I cannot recommend this dinner cruise.
