Despite the horrid weather the staff were really polite and friendly. Don't forget to take your passports, we didnt know we needed them but luckily I had a copy on my phone. The meal portions are not that big. I did send them a email prior to visiting and still haven't had a response. I'm not sure it's worth the money spent.
Easy to redeem. The resort was beautiful. Sad to only spend 2 hours due to heavy traffic. One way transfer to the airport was great. Food was awesome and plenty. Sunset was glorious. Will surely book again.
I bought the ticket mainly to transit from other location to Kuta. Sheraton hotel wasn’t big as I thought, however I did enjoy the meal and cocktails. Spending rest of time in the pool until I could checkin to another hotel nearby.
Fuss free check in and storage of luggage. Food at the restaurant was nice with nice service. Good view of sunset at the pool or rooftop bar. Requested for airport drop off. Well worth the money. Recommended for travelers with a late flight.

Really wonderful experience. Staff was great, facilities as advertised. Had a 4 year old, so the child pool and play area was fantastic. Food was satisfying too. Thank you.
Very good quality 5 star Marriott hotel. It is super convenient to eat, live, travel, and play. In the most prosperous Kuta area, there is quietness in the hustle and bustle. It is really a good holiday resort.
